Smart Shuttle Queue is a web-based shuttle management system for organisations that run their own minibuses, vans or buses: condominiums, hotels and serviced apartments, hospitals, office parks, campuses and factories. It decides who gets a seat, tells the driver who to board and shows management how the service really performs.
What shuttle management software should do
Most shuttle problems are not about the vehicle. They are about the queue: who was there first, who gets the last seat, and what happens at the second or third stop when the shuttle is already full. A shuttle management system should solve that before it adds maps and dashboards.

Data protection and hosting
Smart Shuttle Queue is designed with Thailand's PDPA in mind: minimal personal data, the phone's location is used only at the moment of check-in and never stored, each organisation's data is kept separate, and residents can export or delete their account. The service is hosted on Amazon Web Services in Singapore.

Does it work without installing an app?
Yes. Passengers use it in their phone's browser or inside LINE. Drivers use any recent smartphone or our driver kit.
Can it use our existing GPS tracker?
Most 4G fleet trackers can send their position to Smart Shuttle Queue directly. Otherwise the driver's phone shares the position during trips.
How much does it cost?
Plans start at $29 (£25) per month per condominium. Multi-site and employee-transport projects are priced per vehicle.
