Staff and visitor shuttles that leave on time, full and fair.
At shift change, dozens of nurses and staff crowd the same stop, and visitors don't know when the next shuttle comes. Smart Shuttle Queue gives everyone a numbered seat in order of arrival and shows the shuttle's real arrival time.

The problem
Shift change rush
Night and day staff all need the same few departures. Without a queue, whoever pushes hardest boards first.
Several pickup points
Car parks, staff housing, the main building and the station: the shuttle fills up before the last stop.
Visitors left guessing
Patients' families wait in the heat without knowing if a shuttle is coming.
How Smart Shuttle Queue helps
- 1
One tap at the stop
Staff tap “I'm at the stop” on their phone. Their place in the queue is the time they tap, confirmed by location.
- 2
Seats held along the route
Seats are kept for people already waiting at later stops, so the car park does not take every seat.
- 3
Staff or access-card check-in
Staff without a smartphone are checked in by reception, or with their access card if you use our card reader option.
- 4
Live position and arrival time
Everyone sees where the shuttle is and when it arrives. Management sees waiting times and people left behind per departure.
Example: staff shuttle at 07:00
Staff check in from 06:40 at the staff housing and the car park. The 12 seats go in order of arrival across both stops. The 13th person is first on the waiting list and is told at once if someone does not show up. The facilities team sees the next day which departures were full and can add a vehicle at peak time.

Questions
Can we run several routes and timetables?
Yes. Each route has its own stops, vehicles and timetable, for example a staff loop at shift times and a visitor shuttle every 20 minutes.
Do visitors need an account?
They sign up once in about a minute, by e-mail or with LINE. Staff can also check a visitor in for them.
Is it compliant with Thai data protection rules?
It was designed with the PDPA in mind: minimal data, location used only at the moment of check-in and never stored, data export and deletion.
Try it on one route, for free.
We set up your stops and timetable with you, run a pilot and show you the numbers before you decide.
