Employee buses organised by route, by shift, by seat.
Factories run several bus routes at every shift change, and HR rarely knows who actually rode or how full each bus was. Smart Shuttle Queue gives every worker a seat in order of arrival and gives HR the numbers.

The problem
Several routes, several shifts
Each shift change means many buses leaving at the same time from different pickup points.
Full buses at the first stops
Workers at the end of the route find the bus already full.
No idea who rode
Without records, it is hard to size routes or settle complaints.
How Smart Shuttle Queue helps
- 1
Check-in by phone or ID card
Workers tap “I'm at the stop”, or use their ID card at a reader if you prefer.
- 2
Fair seats along the route
Seats are held for people already waiting further along the route.
- 3
Routes and shift timetables
Each route has its own stops, buses and departure times by shift.
- 4
HR reports
Who rode, from which stop, waiting times and occupancy per bus, with CSV export.
Example: the 06:00 shift
Five routes bring workers from nearby villages for the 06:00 shift. On each route, seats go in order of arrival at every stop. HR sees which buses were full, which were half empty, and merges two routes the following month.

Questions
Do workers need a smartphone?
No. They can check in with their ID card at a reader, or be checked in by a supervisor.
Does it work with a weak mobile signal?
The driver's screen keeps working with a weak signal and syncs when the connection returns.
Is the interface in Thai?
Yes, in Thai and English. Other languages can be added for migrant workers.
